Activities

Organized in cooperation with the General Directorate of Martyrs' Relatives and Veterans, Güven Education and Health Foundation and Güven Academy, “Training of Trainers: Loss, Grief and Mourning Training Program” was held at Güven Çayyolu between 11-15 November 2024.

In this special 30-hour program, every topic related to the concepts of grief and mourning was discussed; the details of the process were discussed and learned together with the participants. The aim of the program was to help people working with martyrs' relatives and veterans to better understand the processes of grief and mourning, to learn how to cope with these processes and to improve their support skills.

Through this training, we had the chance to touch the lives of martyrs' relatives and veterans, to stand by them more strongly and to raise awareness about the process they are going through. During the training process, both theoretical knowledge and practical approaches were shared to enrich the knowledge and experience of the participants.

The training program aimed at enabling the participants to support these special groups, not only professionally, but also in a humanitarian way, making a great contribution.

Güven Çayyolu Healthy Living Campus Trust Life 11-15 November 2024

As part of the World Children's Rights Day on November 20, we held a meaningful workshop to draw attention to children's rights and emphasize their unique value. As Güven Education and Health Foundation, we organized this workshop in cooperation with the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services and Gazi University Faculty of Education Preschool Teaching Department, and provided an environment where our children can freely make their voices heard and share their dreams.

In the workshop, we aimed to raise awareness about children's rights and to lay the foundations of a more just, compassionate and hopeful future by focusing on their needs. In the panels and presentations, experts shared information about the problems children experience and the solutions to these problems. Participatory workshop sessions allowed our children to express their ideas. In addition, practices were carried out to reveal their creativity and imagination through the workshops.

Every idea that emerges and every decision taken in this workshop will serve as a guide for the construction of a better world that our children deserve. Our children are not only the strong architects of today, but also of tomorrow. We have full faith in their dreams, love and power to make the world a better place.

We would like to express our endless gratitude to all our stakeholders, experts, volunteers and everyone who contributed to the realization of this meaningful event. We will continue to work and produce for the future of our children.

The show “If Time Hadn't Stopped There” is a one-woman musical documentary by Pınar Ayhan, telling an unheard of history... In 2000, Pınar Ayhan, who represented our country in the Eurovision Song Contest and worked as a program presenter at TRT for many years, will be at Elazığ Nurettin Ardıçoğlu Cultural Center on Sunday, April 22nd at 19:00 and on Monday, April 23rd at 14:00 with the April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day Special Show with the one-person musical documentary “Orada Duruverseydi Zaman”, where she adds her storytelling talent as well as her musical stage performance... The proceeds from the exhibition titled “45 Years in Health, 45 Artworks from Life” organized within the scope of Güven Health Group's 45th anniversary celebration activities were used for the activities carried out to provide sustainable services in the fields of education and health to the disadvantaged segments of the society.

March 18, 2015 - Commemoration of Çanakkale Martyrs

Güven Çayyolu Health Campus hosted a deeply meaningful and significant exhibition on March 18. The exhibition, organized to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the Çanakkale Victory, featured photographs and artifacts related to the Çanakkale War that had never been displayed before in the past 100 years. The exhibition, titled "Face to Face, Heart to Heart: Çanakkale," told the stories of not only the battles fought by the heroes of these lands but also the dreams they carried.
