Unified Interdisciplinary Geriatric Care

Güven Health Group's projects focusing on the aging population continue with the “Individualized Interdisciplinary Geriatric Care” project carried out by our Nursing Directorate.

With this project, it is aimed to develop a “comprehensive geriatric assessment and care approach” to increase the quality and functionality level of care provided to elderly individuals who benefit from inpatient services. In addition, it is aimed to increase the satisfaction of elderly individuals and family members based on the training of multidisciplinary team members and people-oriented approach. The studies within the scope of the project “Development of a Clinical Care Model Based on Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment and its Impact on Care Outcomes” will be carried out with individuals aged 65 and over who apply to Güven Çayyolu Healthy Life Campus Clinical Guesthouse. . The components of the project are comprehensive geriatric screening and assessment, development of a care model based on comprehensive geriatric assessment, multidisciplinary team training, personalized/human-centered care.
